Kris McLaughlin

Kris grew up in the real estate business with both of her parents being real estate agents but she began her own real estate career in title and escrow 17 years ago. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 2004 and has as of January 2016 has closed over 150 transactions!  She has a great knowledge of the all communities throughout the Central Coast and can navigate the complexity of each areas market values .  She has had ongoing training to accommodate our changing market, including her short sale and foreclosure certification.  She has attended numerous real estate conferences over the years that have taught her skills to get your offers accepted in this competitive market. She serves on the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors as a local director. She is married to a prominent  local architect, Cody McLaughlin who serves on the Grover Beach Beach Planning Commission.  She is a mother of two girls:  Molly (8), Kolby (17).
